helpful staff perfect ambience comfortable beds cramped fitness center long elevator wait shower leakage
the hotel staff are really cute, and they were always helpful. the vespa bar had fast service, and the ambience felt perfect. the room i stayed in had comfortable beds for A Wonderful night's sleep.
the fitness center felt small, and it was very cramped. it took too long to get to the ground floor, due to ELEVATOR issues. the shower had leakage under the door, made the floor very wet.

The room was clean with comfortable bedding. breakfast at the grille restaurant was tasty with attentive service. i also had some drinks at vesper bar. The bartenders were skilled. the front desk staff were very helpful accommodating my requests.

The hotel is quiet and located next to a popular park. the front desk reached out prior to my stay to ask if i needed anything. the hotel itself is gorgeous and very tasteful. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The executive king room was well-appointed. It included a separate seating area, a desk, and ample closet space. I found the complimentary toiletries to be high-quality, and the minibar was stocked with a wide variety of beverages and snacks.
The elevator wait times were sometimes a little slow.
